Rachel Sharp
Rachel Sharp is a Neuroscience PhD candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research explores the interplay between social risk factors and inherited risk in the development of psychiatric disorders, specifically bipolar disorder. As a science writer and editor, she discusses evolving relationships between science and society, highlighting how research shapes-and is shaped by-our lived experiences.
