Kirsten Shepherd-Barr is an associate professor of English@North Carolina State University in Raleigh, specializing in modern drama and theater history. She co-organizaed a Raleigh symposium on the play Copenhagen in March, organized a "Science on Stage" panel@the 2001 Sigma Xi Forum and is currently on leave in England writing a book about science and theater.
