Matthew S. Tiscareno is a senior research scientist at the SETI Institute in Mountain View, California, and a participating scientist and imaging team associate for the Cassini spacecraft. He received his PhD in planetary science from the University of Arizona in 2004. His research focuses on the orbital and rotational motions of rings, satellites, and planets.
