Fabrizio Pinto obtained his Laurea from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1984 and his Ph.D. from Brigham Young University in 1989. He has since held several faculty positions, worked in the Navigation and Flight Mechanics section of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and founded a startup company where he obtained 10 U.S. patents for dispersion force applications. He is now at the Laboratory for Quantum Vacuum Applications, which he founded and codirects with Ali Al-Kamli, at Jazan University.
