George Lauder earned his Ph.D. from Harvard University, where he is currently a professor of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology. He is also the Henry Bryant Bigelow Professor in the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard. He conducts research on the hydrodynamics of animal movement.
