Assuming that more CO2 will cause climate change is wrong. CO2 absorbs all infrared emitted by the Earth at 15 microns. More CO2 cannot absorb more since all 15 micron radiation is already absorbed. (Google "The Lynching of Carbon Dioxide - The Innocent Source of Life", by Dr. Martin Hertzberg). Carbon dioxide is transparent to other infrared wavelengths, which allows CO2 lasers to be very efficient.
Carbonic acid sinks in water. This means the acid will disappear as it is formed. Actually, oceans are releasing CO2 due to post-iceage warming.
