Biography

Thomas P. Wenzel received a master's degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992. Since then, he has worked in the Energy Analysis Department at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he currently conducts research on vehicle emissions, fuel economy and safety.
