Biography

Sonja Franke-Arnold is a Research Councils UK Fellow and since 2005 a lecturer at the University of Glasgow. She received her doctorate from the University of Innsbruck in 1999. She has previously held a Royal Society of Edinburgh and a Dorothy Hodgkin Research Fellowship. Her interests include both theoretical and experimental aspects of atom optics, quantum optics and orbital angular momentum.
