Biography

Santiago Schnell is assistant professor of informatics at Indiana University, where he also holds adjunct positions in biology and physics.  He earned his undergraduate degree in biology at the Universidad Simón Bolívar (Venezuela) and his doctorate in mathematics at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on investigating complex biochemical reactions and multiscale phenomena using modern mathematical and computational techniques.
