Biography

Richard Woo is a senior research scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, in Pasadena, California. For the past 38 years his research at JPL has focused on the structure and dynamics of the solar and planetary atmospheres, using spacecraft radio signals.
