Michael Schiewe

Biography

Michael H. Schiewe received his Ph.D. in 1980 from the University of Washington in Seattle, and he is now the director of salmon science at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, part of the National Marine Fisheries Service. Schiewe’s research has focused primarily on the impact of human-caused environmental alterations on salmon health and survival.
