Biography

Michael Ruse is Lucyle T. Werkmeister Professor of Philosophy at Florida State University, and director of the program there in the history and philosophy of science. He is the author of a number of books, including Darwinism and its Discontents (Cambridge University Press, 2006), and is now writing a book showing that it is possible for a rational person both to be a Christian and to accept modern science.
