Biography

Michael Hoppert is a research scientist at the Georg August University in Göttingen, Germany. Trained in microbiology, he developed a particular interest in electron microscopy at the cellular level. His research primarily concerns the compartmentalization of proteins in bacterial cells and the structure of microbial biofilms.
