Biography

Keith A. Jenkins is a research staff member at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center. He received a Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University in 1978 for work in high-energy physics. He continued his research at the Rockefeller University before joining IBM, where he has investigated a variety of semiconductor device and circuit subjects, including high-frequency performance of devices, radiation-device interactions, low-temperature electronics and silicon-on-insulator self-heating effects. His current activities include investigating the use of graphene for high-frequency integrated circuits, and developing on-chip circuits for in situ measurement of timing jitter, power supply transients, device variability and circuit reliability. Address: IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. E-mail: jenkinsk at us dot ibm dot com
