Jorge M. FonsecaBiography
Jorge M. Fonseca is a professor and vegetable/postharvest specialist at the University of Arizona's Yuma Agricultural Center. He received an M.S. in horticulture and a Ph.D. in food technology from Clemson University, and also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Costa Rica and National University in San Diego, California.
