Biography

John Firor is Senior Scientist (and Director Emeritus) at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. He is author of The Changing Atmosphere: A Global Challenge (Yale, 1990) and editor, with Judith Jacobsen, of Human Impact on the Environment: Ancient Roots, Current Challenges (Westview Press, 1992).
