James Valentine

Biography

James W. Valentine is in the Department of Integrative Biology and is a curator in the Museum of Paleontology at the University of California, Berkeley. His Ph.D. is from UCLA, and his research centers on the macroevolutionary and paleoecological processes associated with major trends and events in the fossil record. His hobby is collecting the works of Charles Darwin.
