Eric Swanson

Biography

Eric S. Swanson received a doctorate in physics in 1991 from the University of Toronto, where he studied two-dimensional quantum spin systems. He worked at the MIT Center for Theoretical Physics, at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in the UK and at North Carolina State University (among other places) before recently joining the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Pittsburgh.
