Emily BuehlerBiography
Emily Buehler is a science writer and the author of Bread Science: The Chemistry and Craft of Making Bread (Two Blue Books, 2006). She received a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In 2001 she was an intern with the Office On Public Understanding of Science through the
National Academies' Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Graduate Fellowship Program
in Washington, D.C.
