Biography

David Goldes received a M.A from Harvard University in molecular genetics. He later received a M.F.A in photography from the State University of New York at Buffalo. A recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, he is a professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. His photographs are in many collections including Walker Art Center, Museum of Modern Art (New York), Whitney Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, and Art Institute of Chicago. Goldes is represented by Yossi Milo Gallery in New York (www.yossimilogallery.com).
