Daniel SilverBiography
Daniel S. Silver received his Ph.D. in mathematics from Yale
University in 1980. Much of his current research explores the
relation between knots and dynamical systems. Other active interests
include the history of science and the psychology of invention. He
is a professor at the University of South Alabama. Address:
