Biography

Clark R. Chapman earned a Ph.D. in planetary science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1972. He has been on scientific teams involved in various interplanetary missions, including the Near Earth Asteroid Rendezvous mission, which landed a probe on the asteroid Eros in 2001. Chapman is currently at the Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colorado.
