Biography

Barry W. Allen is an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and the Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Environmental Physiology at Duke University Medical Center. His research involves the study of nitric oxide, an elusive signaling molecule that is found in almost all plant and animal phyla and regulates many physiological processes.
