Biography

Asif A. Ghazanfar is a research scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen, Germany. His research, which combines the study of primate vocal behavior with neurophysiology, currently focuses on the auditory, visual and multimodal processing of vocal and facial expressions in rhesus monkeys. He will be an Assistant Professor at Princeton University in 2005.
